What is the Wheel of Life
The wheel of life model is used extensively in coaching to help talents plot out a dream career path that balances every major aspect in life, whilst ensuring that the entire coaching program will stay structured by allowing talents to constantly keep track of any changing aspirations that are likely to occur over the course of the program.

The wheel of life model is particularly useful in helping talents narrow down lists of companies and jobs, filtering out ones that will not be able to meet the majority of their expectations. It is also beneficial in a way that allows talents to better communicate their job and remuneration expectations to employers, lowering the chances of a job mismatch significantly.

Why Intrapreneurship
There is a common misconception about who is or is not an intrapreneur, and the value intrapreneurs bring towards businesses.

Intrapreneurs are often falsely classified as those who want to set up a business but don't have the money to do so. Intrapreneurship simply refers to the entrepreneurial mindset of workers - those who proactively generate value for businesses by being creative, innovative, altruistic and problem-sensitive.
