GITD Program Outline
Our GITD programs (online or in-person) typically follow the following format and outline:

Typical Program Length: 4 Weeks
​
Week 1-2:
- Seminars on intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship
- Career workshops on enhancing employability and business acumen development
- Workshop on developing creative solutions towards real-world issues
- Interview Skills Development - Generating ideas and solutions quickly towards situation-based questions
- Sharing session by entrepreneurs who worked in large, successful corporates

Week 3:
- Pitching Competition/Hackathon Preparation
(participants will usually be tasked with brainstorming and developing a detailed solution towards major issues facing large corporates in groups)
- Networking sessions with HRs & Employers

Week 4:
- Pitching Competition/Hackathon & Results Announcement
- Networking sessions with HRs & Employers
- Further career workshops on employability and interview skills

Who Can Join
Participants from around the world join our online GITD programs, while our physical programs are usually held in Europe/UK or the USA.
Our GITD programs are separated into 4 types based on age/qualifications:

- Secondary/High School Students (Aged 16-18)
- Undergrad Students
- Young Working Professionals (Aged 22-28)
- Postgrad/MBA-level Participants
