Hiring Intrapreneurs

Intrapreneurs often have a higher sense of belonging to a company due to possessing a strong sense of ownership to the work they are doing, allowing employers to retain talents more easily and lowering recruitment/HR costs as a result.

Intrapreneurs are different from employers or "normal" employees in that they are more receptive towards potential business/ workplace problems, and are more proactive in raising them and developing relevant solutions in response.

Employers will also gain the benefit of having workers with first-hand experience dealing with common customer enquiries/ complaints, and workplace/business issues. This allows employers to tackle business problems more efficiently and accurately.
