Our Background

Identifying Free/Low-cost AI Tools
Organizing events is difficult. It is time consuming. That's why we identified several automation tools to streamline the umpteen registration and marketing process involved in organizing events. For example, we used Dripify, a low-cost Linkedin automation tool to reach out to quality speakers & audiences.

Obtaining Prime Venues for Free
We partnered up with private clubs and prime venue spaces. Our selling point was to bring an audience who could potentially sign up to become members of their private clubs/venue spaces, in return to use their venue space for free. It's all about creating a pitch that can balance out both parties' interests.

Free Referrals
Acquiring new clients is notoriously expensive, but not if you manage to figure out a process to obtain free referrals. That's why we decided to build a community on whatsapp, Linkedin, and through our newsletter, which included everyone who registered to our events. We then continuously engaged them by sending thought-provoking information, leading to free referrals who wished to join our AI events.

We have become the go-to AI event in the world with just a small budget by automating event logistics, marketing, speaker/audience recruitment, finding creative ways to partner up with prime venue spaces for little to no cost, and obtaining free referrals by creating an engaging community
